Hardcover, no dust jacket. 156 pp. Brown cloth boards with debossed Eastlake-style cover with an angled gilt “ticket” cover. 7.25” x 5”. Good sewn binding. Some childish pencil markings in the rear endpapers. HBB price: $10.

Not much is known of the UK author Annie Frances Perram except that she was a Methodist Tractarian who wrote morally uplifting books, stories, and pamphlets between the late 1870s and World War I.
