In the 1930s, the rise of celebrity culture meant that even dictators needed decorators. A new book is out on the stylish digs of the German leader:
Hitler, it has been said, pioneered the work-from-home movement, and the Great Hall was at the center of his intention to rule an empire from the comfort of his living room sofa.
