A gubernatorial veto in Tennessee has left Make Way For Ducklings- published 75 years ago- America's only official State book. Governor Bill Haslam vetoed a measure making the Bible Tennessee's state book, claiming it trivializes the work's significance and trespasses on the First Amendment.
