Coming Saturday: another page-turning, can't-put-it-down chapter of WDBFradio.com's Bucks on the Bookshelf

Saturday, December 3 is a two-hat, two-show day for Bucks on the Bookshelf host Steven Eisenstein!

Steven’s Bucks guests include Allan Smith (pictured, as his alter ego Lucky Pierre), creator and producer of Rare Book Cafe, the internet video show that begins its second series half an hour after Buck ends- at 2:30 pm EST. You can see the program live, or on demand, at three venues: Rare Book Cafe’s Facebook Page, the Florida Antiquarian Book Fair blog, and the Book Fair Youtube channel. The two are sure to discuss Steven’s quick-change skills, moving from the end of Bucks on the Bookshelf at 2:00 to Rare Book Cafes’ lavish new digs to put on his host’s hat there thirty minutes later- with different guests and a different format (not to mention: you don’t need makeup on internet radio)!

As always, Steven will offer his perfect-bound mix of auction and collecting news, book treasures, tales of the long-lamented AB Bookman’s Weekly, and contests! And, as Chairman Humph always said, on the BBC’s I’m Sorry, I’ll Read That Again, “Contests mean points, and points mean what, audience?”

“Prizes!”

Bucks on the Bookshelf can be heard at wdbfradio.com and wdbf.fm, noon-2 p.m. EST with repeats at 8-10 a.m. EST, Sundays; and 2-4 a.m EST, Mondays.

You can now listen to the show anytime on BOB$’ Facebook page!

Calls from listeners make Steven exceedingly happy! The number is 727.498.0459. Steven can also be reached by email at stevenabookabrac@aol.com.
