This Saturday: A one-of-a-kind interview with a one-of-a-kind man

WDBFradio.com's weekly book program, Bucks on the Bookshelf, is featuring an archive program from last summer for its December 24 program.

Hosted by Steven Eisenstein, BOB$ covers the world of collectibles with a focus on rare books. A retired Air Force officer, Werner Saemmler-Hindrichs- now owner of Antiquariat Hindrichs in Purcellville, VA- joined Steve last July 16 to talk about this work as a dealer in religious artifacts and reliquaries. It was one of the most popular programs in Bucks' history.

Werner suffered a serious stroke October 16 and has been hospitalized since. You can follow his progress via the Hindrichs family page at CareBridge.com. He makes steady, if small, steps forward, and his friends and family celebrate each one. Werner's the sort of larger than life personality whose absence- even only for a bit- leaves a void nothing fills.

So enjoy some time with Steven and Werner, both at the top of their game! Bucks on the Bookshelf can be found live at wdbfradio.com and wdbfradio.fm, 12 noon- 2 pm, Saturday December 24. The audio file of the program will appear on BOB$' Facebook page.
